Through wound care, respite services, mental health and behavioral support, counseling, coaching, spiritual guidance, and financial literacy, we empower individuals and families to thrive with dignity and independence.

With over 50 years of combined experience in medicine, mental health, social work, and community advocacy, Floradema was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves compassionate, accessible, and high-quality care. Our team brings expertise from both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, united by a commitment to healing and empowerment. We offer a full spectrum of services—including wound and respite care, mental health and behavioral support, counseling and coaching, pediatrics, financial literacy education, and spiritual guidance—ensuring care that addresses the whole person, not just the condition. At Floradema, we walk alongside individuals and families, helping them restore balance, build resilience, and thrive with dignity and independence.

Faith Bautista
Faith Bautista Tamashiro serves as the President & CEO of the National Diversity Coalition (NDC), an organization of community organizers, faith-based leaders, nonprofit directors and business owners advocating for the voiceless and working collectively for greater financial equality and empowerment for underserved groups. Faith serves on the Mechanics Bank Homeownership Advisory Committee, Bank of Hope Advisory Board, Chair for PG&E Advisory Board and Council of Filipino American Chamber of Commerce that has 36 chambers in the US.
She is the founder of the first Asian owned television network and the only fully English AAPI entertainment channel to be aired in 41 states across the country, ChimeTV. She is also the founder and former president and CEO of the National Asian American Coalition (NAAC), a nonprofit that provides housing counseling, small business lending and technical assistance services to minority and low-income populations for over 18 years.
Faith Bautista advocates in the halls of Congress, in the California legislature, and in front of key federal legislators such as the Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC, FHFA, FTC, FCC and SEC and among America’s Fortune 500 corporations, as a major voice for the ethnic minority.

For over 36 years, Dr. Victor G. Tamashiro, a board certified pediatrician, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), and visionary in holistic health has championed the belief that true healing begins with prevention. A graduate of Cayetano Heredia Peruvian School of Medicine and trained in pediatric care at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Dr. Tamashiro merges decades of clinical expertise with groundbreaking research in immunity, cellular biology, and natural therapies. Today, he leads Blue Zone Health Solutions, a med spa where cutting-edge regenerative science and the body’s innate healing intelligence converge to redefine vitality.
